  Just had the most rude experience I have ever had at any fast food restaurant. Order was missing an item that had been overlooked on entering in the computer. the only resolution offered by the staff was to drive back around and order again or go park and come in to order the small chili. They could not accept an order and did not feel it was an option for them to walk a few steps to enter the order or ask another person to enter the order. They could have even asked me to pull to the side and they would have the order brought out if they did not want to hold up the line. there were many options, but none were offered that were customer centric. it was only about what they 'could not do' and how to inconvenience the customer. On leaving the attendant was sure to sarcastically offer a 'have a nice day' greeting as I drove away, clearly disappointed in their lack of customer service. As compared to other Wendy's that I use across the state, this is the worst experience. Usually, they are very helpful and pleasant.

  This Wendy's seems to be recently remodeled - looks pretty nice. Very modern. It also has those cool fountain drink flavor customizer machines. The food is pretty good for a Wendy's, too.
